In Celebration of Sarah's New Job: Indian Corn Pudding

Way to Go SARAH!

Indian Corn Pudding

Ingredients:
1 can of cream corn
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup of milk
2 tlbs flour
2 tlbs sugar
2 tbls cornmeal
1/2 stick of butter, melted

Grease casserole dish. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix cornmeal, flour, and sugar
Add corn, eggs, milk, and butter.
Stir all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
Bake 45 minutes.

Excellent dish when served with Grilled Cuban Pork Tenderloin as prepared by Josh. Unfortunately a good meal doesn't make for a good sequence game. The girls lost to the guys this visit.
