More food you missed out on, and Black Bean Salsa Recipe

I really hate to rub it in, but I just can't help it. Look at all these yummy things you missed!

Our version of Crepes Suzettes. We attempted to set them aflame, but alas, no go. They were still really good.

I asked mom for blueberry coffee cake, and she decided to make cinnamon rolls and cherry coffee cake in addition.

Not everyone found this display of desserts exciting:

Grandma also made some cookies:

Now, to assuage your jealousy, I offer the recipe for Black Bean Salsa from the ever popular KSVF 12 Cookbook:

Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

1 16 oz can of Black Beans
1 10oz package of Frozen Corn
1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
1/4 cup of Red Onion, Chopped
1/4 cup of Lime Juice
1 envelope dry Garlic and Herb Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp Minced Jalapeno
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
(Cilantro)

Mix all. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve with chips or other dippers.

You're Welcome!
